We take pride in doing our projects right the first time, we arrive prepared to work and perform that work on a timely basis. We’ll do the work; you relax and enjoy the fruits of our labor.

When you talk to our service representative, he or she will be able to determine whether you job should be priced on a fixed contract or hourly basis. Smaller projects like installing a fan or motion detector may be quoted on an hourly basis. Larger jobs requiring longer time may be quoted on a fixed contract basis. In the case of a fixed price contract, our estimators will usually come to your project to discuss it with you. All of our estimates are free. Until you decide to do the project, there will be no cost.

Time:

Our hourly rate for two people is $99 with a one hour minimum. If more people are required, an adjustment will be made.

Travel:

Travel to your job will be ½ hour.

Materials:

You are encouraged to provide as many of the necessary materials as possible. On hourly jobs the materials we provide will bare an additional cost including the time necessary to obtain those materials. On contract jobs, materials will be included in the estimate.
